Charter Licence Obtaining
CHARTER LICENSE FOR TÜRKİYE
All Foreign flagged Commercial Registered boats with L.O.A 39m and OVER are obliged to obtain Turkish Charter License to be able to cruise in Türkiye's waters .
Charter license, could be applied starting from an “identified” date period of “minimum” of 10 (ten) days to 30 (Thirty) days and running months with the Charter License fees declared by Turkish Republic of Culture and Tourism.
We may obtain Charter License in” 7 ( Seven) working days” as receiving the below documents for application.
-CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF THE YACHT
-POWER OF ATTORNEY OF THE CAPTAIN
-APOSTILLED
-P&I INSURANCE
-THE SIGNED AND STAMPED POWER OF ATTTORNEY ASSIGNED TO AGENCY
-PASSPORT COPY OF THE CAPTAIN.
